A little Screen Printing 1️⃣0️⃣1️⃣ for your Monday.

This is an example of how a 6 color shirt is screen printed.(this is just the back) Of course it’s sped up so you can see all his doing. ❗️This is why there is a minimum limit❗️This is JUST the ink process. Each screen for each color has to be burned, and each one hand applied. To the backs AND fronts of each shirt and run it through the “hot machine”. As you can see only 4 shirts can be done at a time.

Although the process can be lengthy, the design maintains integrity longer than others. This is best for school sport programs, band programs, or anything team related!

Tag your favorite head coaches/band directors/club presidents etc. and make sure they’re getting the best for their bucks!

‼️Sublimation vs. Vinyl fact of the day‼️
Sublimation is better. (But really Sublimation becomes one with the material, vinyl just sticks on… which in turn means it peels right off)

We don’t get to post many of our slate or wood engravings this time a year due to them being Christmas presents. That being said this one is the winner for the year. (It’s already been opened)
