Updates and New Policies

Hey! It's been a while since I have sent any kind of updates...

Fall is here and that means holidays are just around the corner. My schedule has been filling quickly! October is already booked, November and December are already at least 50% booked.
DO NOT WAIT TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!
I will be out of the salon November 24th, 25th and December 13-16. I also am planning to be closed December 27-30 but that is subject to change.

Along with the change of season there are many new changes coming to the salon....
I have changed my hours. The main change is 10-6 on Tuesdays and 2-8 on Thursdays. Wednesday and Fridays are still 10-4:30ish. I also do work on a Saturday every 6 weeks to help accommodate the new hours. Please be respectful of the new schedule and don't push for appointments not in those time frames. I know I created the habit of working people in before but I am finally allowing myself to be more strict with my time.

Beginning October 15, 2022 there will be a slight price adjustment to services and also to products and other merchandise. If you have any concerns about this please let me know!

I also am working on new salon policies for late cancellations, no shows and tardiness.

I try my very best to offer you the best customer experience and appreciate any feedback that would make your visit to the salon even better!

New arrivals😍 I am loving all things BrüMate these days! I have already have a second shipment on the way including the hopsulater slim that everyone needs for their skinny cans😁😁 stop in or let me know which one you want and I will get it to you!
I love that the trio holds different sizes of cans and bottles and also can be a tumbler.

I'm so excited to be back in the salon this week! It has been so nice to see some of you and catch up. I have made a lot of calls and still have quite a few left but don't worry, you will be getting a call before Monday! Thank you for being patient! I am working extra hours and extra days to try to get everyone in as quickly as possible.
Here is what to expect when you arrive for your appointment....
⚫Text 620-842-3371 when you arrive to the salon. Please, stay in your vehicle or wait outside until I let you know when you can come in. This will allow me enough time to sanitize more thoroughly in between clients.
⚫Face masks are highly encouraged. If you do not have one, I will provide one for you. Don't worry, I have no problems working around them.
⚫Please, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer once you enter the salon.
⚫Please, do not bring children or extra guests with you that do not have appointments.
⚫No walk ins- appointments only.
⚫If you are not feeling well please stay home and reschedule your appointment.

Yay!!!! I’m so excited to open up the salon tomorrow!
⭕️ When you arrive for your appointment please stay in your vehicle or feel free to sit on the bench out front if you need so soak up some fresh air🙂

It’s finally happening, I’m rescheduling appointments today!! I have all my devices ready to go and a couple drinks nearby🙃 I’ve noticed the past few days I always have at least 2 drinks nearby most of the time🤣 and no, they do not contain alcohol....yet! 🍹 y’all better be near your phones, you don’t want to miss my call😁😁

🤣 well if this doesn’t sum up the past few weeks I don’t know what else does!
I haven’t started scheduling just yet but will start making calls Friday!😁 I will be putting in some extra hours the first few weeks to try to get caught up.

I hope you all are still hanging in there! Once again the salon continues to remain closed... The current plan allows salons to open in Phase 2 which should begin May 18th. I will be reaching out to you all in the next couple weeks to get your appointments on the book. I have the online schedule blocked off through June so I can get everyone in as quickly as possible!
