Certif-A-Gift® has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1954. Founder Randy Tobutt launched the company by offering one of the country’s first holiday gift selection catalogs, operating out of an apartment basement in Evanston, IL. Tobutt soon added incentive programs to their repertoire and promptly moved into a larger space.
