You see an empty space… we see FIVE MORE RACKS being added this weekend!👀😂

Yesterday we did some serious rearranging around the store to make room for even MORE inventory and this little space is about to become our new pants section! 👖👏

Want to know how necessary it was?! In the last MONTH alone, I’ve had to order 600 new pant clips. SIX. HUNDRED. 😅

Y’all have been bringing us SO. MUCH. GOOD. STUFF. and we’re doing everything we can to keep rearranging, maximizing our space, and getting more of it out on the floor for you to shop!

A very good problem to have, and one we’re incredibly thankful for. 🥹🫶 Thank you for keeping us BUSY!

Okay I need someone for an experiment 👀😂

I cleaned out my own closet recently and I did one big “closet drop” on our website.

& y’all really blew my mind with how much you loved and supported it 🤯🥹❤️

And it got me thinking.

I KNOW there have to be some really good closets around here just waiting to be cleaned out. 😂 Like the closets full of pieces you swore you were going to wear again, things you bought and never reached for, and the really good stuff that just deserves a new home.

SOOOO… I have an idea I want to test. 👀

I’m looking for 1–2 people who have recently done—or desperately need to do 😂—a BIG closet cleanout full of really good, current FALL pieces. 🍂

Go through your closet, pick out 20 of your BEST fall pieces that you’re just not reaching for anymore, and bring them to Refresh! Think pieces that are current, in great condition, and something you’d be excited to find on the rack yourself. 🫶

A few quick reminders:
✨ 20 items max per drop-off
✨ Bring us your BEST 20 — quality over quantity!
✨ We accept drop-offs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
✨ NO drop-offs on Wednesdays or Saturdays

A few Refresh updates you’ll want to know about 👀💗

✨ STAFF PICKS ARE HERE!
We now have a Staff Picks wall that will be refreshed every Monday with things our team is loving + pieces we know you’re looking for. Basically… if we see it come through and think okayyyy this is GOOD — it might just end up there. 😂👏

👚 A SMALL CHANGE TO WHAT WE ACCEPT
Moving forward, we will no longer be accepting Walmart or SHEIN clothing. I’ve spent some time looking at our numbers, and these are consistently some of the items that end up in our $1 boxes the most. In order to price them competitively, we have to price them so low that once we factor in the labor, tagging, processing, etc., it simply doesn’t make sense for us OR our consignors.

💰 BUT HERE’S THE FUN PART…
We’re offering a 15% HIGHER SPLIT on items we select for our website or Staff Picks! 🎉

So what are we looking for?! Think:
Boutique clothing • Aerie • trendy pieces • Under Armour + Nike • Lululemon • smocked items • UGGs • Birkenstocks + other current, highly sought-after pieces!

Our goal with these changes is simple: bring you MORE of the things you’re excited to shop for while helping our consignors earn more on their best pieces. 💗

As always, we’re learning, adjusting and trying new things to make Refresh better for everyone — and I’m really excited about these changes! 🫶
