I reckon I have at least got the bowl full of jelly thing going on these days! And no - the pipe is not lit - in fact, a number of my vintage pipes are fixing to be offered for sale along with many warm woollies, good books, useful things and tasteful decor - all at the Antiques HQ, Booth #33, Lexington Park Antique Mall in Downtown Asheville, NC - there's still a couple of days to pick up a good deal!

Ran Up the River to visit Aunt Kate Rhodes, who turns 94 tomorrow - my daughter ME turns 24! Aunt Kate is still sharp and talkative and still gets around pretty well - felt good enough to make the trip from Upstate NY to WNC! Happy Birthday, Aunt Kate!!

Folks, winter ain't over for a while yet....keep those chilly drafts from going down your neck with a nice scarf - we have got all kinds of colors, patterns, weaves and textures - wool, alpaca, mohair, cashmere only - NO synthetics here. Most are $7-$10 - a couple of special ones like the extra long alpaca are a bit more ($15)- one extra special cashmere by Hermès of Paris - new with tags - is quite a bit more ($95 but don't let that intimidate you - all of my prices are negotiable, especially for nice people).....

Well, in for a couple of weeks, and walking the PuPu M'gu - better known as Jackson - both us us kitted out for a cold, slushy Sunday morning! "Mush! Mush! White Fong!!"

We've been having a fairly proper winter thus far - been chilly since before Turkey-Day and had a good Snö or two! Drop by and check out our cold/wet weather kit - keep warm and dry in vintage style.

Jackson has on a sporti quilted dog jacket, and Phil is wearing a Barbour Solway jacket, 1930's US Forest Service breeches, LL Bean duck hunting boots, muskrat fur cap and deerskin gloves - these and things like them can be found at Antique HQ!!!
