Sometime when life can be overwhelming, take a deep breath, sit down and put your hand over heart. Know that god created you and he never leave you alone. Jesus walked his life in the flesh he understands all the trails and tribulations that you’re going through. “There’s no pain or sadness that Jesus cannot heal for all things work according to his will, the battle is not yours it’s the lords” (Yolanda adams).

It’s okay to feel sad and have emotions, but don’t get stuck in sadness, anger
Or depression. The devil has a way of making us seem as if there’s hope. We know that is a lie, in God there is hope, love and freedom!
