Every week we’ll share one of our crew members, a few of their favorite things, and maybe a little peek into their personality so you can get to know us before market weekend.

Sometimes we have to pinch ourselves.

One minute we’re helping guests create custom hats at their welcome party… next we’re seeing those same hats on the dance floor, in wedding portraits, and becoming part of someone’s forever memories!

Hi! If you’re new here (or you’ve been hanging around for a while and somehow still don’t know us), we figured it was time for a RE- introduction.

We’re Faith & Cayla🤎 the owners of Dusty Brim Hat Bar, professional yap-pers, occasional chaos coordinators, and the two women loading hundreds of hats into our vehicle on the weekends. 😅

We started Dusty Brim with one simple idea: create an experience people would actually remember. We wanted something that felt personal, creative, and a little different.

Somehow that turned into thousands of hats, hundreds of events, countless miles on the road, and some of the coolest people we’ve ever met.

✨ Faith is the creative 🎨 She spends most days bouncing between an identity crisis over what to post on Instagram and an overwhelming list of 47 ideas she swears are “the one.” 😂 She’s behind the custom hat burning, manages our website, social media, the inventory reassurance, and all the creative rabbit trails that somehow become reality. She’s a wife, mom of 4, and fueled almost entirely of creativity and caffeine!

✨ Cayla is the glue.🤎 the organized one keeping this train on the tracks. She handles bookings, inventory, client communication, and somehow always knows exactly what needs to happen next. She’s a wife, mom of two, and the reason Dusty Brim functions as smoothly as it does. Basically our human spreadsheet.

At the end of the day, we don’t just sell hats.

We get to celebrate weddings, girls’ nights, birthdays, markets, company parties, and all the moments people want to remember. Getting to be a tiny part of those memories is something we’ll never take for granted.

Whether you’ve booked us, bought a hat, cheered us on from the sidelines, or just stumbled across this page… we’re really glad you’re here.

A few of our favorite things Dusty Brim has been up to this summer so far 🤎☀️

Not just making hats: BUT…

✨ Helping 4-H kids celebrate hard work at Night at the Lake.
✨ Burning and branding hats that hold tradition.
✨ Heading to McCall for one heck of a wedding party.
✨ Watching an entire band buy DB hats and wear them on stage.
✨ Sharing laughs with old friends.
✨ Spending a day on horseback talking about absolutely zero business. 😹
✨ Filling the truck with some of the prettiest cowboy hats we’ve ever carried!

Somewhere between the road trips, lake views, weddings, brands, burns, concerts, and conversations, we’re reminded that this business was never really about hats.

It’s about the people who wear them!

Thank you for making this summer one we’ll never forget. 🤎
