inal location, in the big pink barn just west of Cedar Rapids, is anything but "stuffy"- we're in a barn! We want you to know it's okay to be yourself, have fun and that we celebrate you! We offer hundreds of wedding dresses in sizes 0-32 and stock around 1,000 prom dresses each year in sizes 00-30, with an inventory that is ever-changing. We carry some of the best, most sought-after designers as well as up-and-coming lines and exclusive designers you won't find elsewhere. We try to have a little bit of everything to make sure we can make YOUR vision a reality! Hope's also offers tuxedo rentals, accessories, and dresses for bridesmaids, flower girls and mothers of the wedding. Our formals can outfit you for any black tie event, from Homecoming to a gala, a pageant to a vow renewal. While our environment is laid-back and fun, we are professionals with a long-standing reputation of the best customer service in the industry. Rest assured, we have your back and will do everything we can from your first call until you wear that special dress that we have done everything we can to exceed your expectations. Hope's History:

Hope’s Bridal was started by Hope Kolsto. Hope’s early experience in the bridal industry was cake baking. Sometime in 1972 she converted an empty dairy farm into her boutique and began selling wedding gowns, because local brides were struggling to find opportunities to purchase bridal apparel. The Niebuhr family bought the boutique in 1985. Along with the business, Mark and Diane's family grew as they welcomed their three daughters, Johanna, Ariel and Moriah. All three daughters have grown up in the big pink barn and continue working in the family business! We opened our Davenport location in 1993, and have expanded three times. Our hope is not just to sell a dress to a client, but to care for our clients as we get to assist them in all their wedding and formal event needs. We truly value all the families who have trusted us with their business in the past. We look forward and appreciate the families who will trust us to take care of their wedding and special event needs in the years to come.
