INCLUSIVE FIELD TRIP!!!!

🚨 Important Announcement: Change of Location for Inclusive Field Trip 🚨

Due to the government shutdown, the Aviation Museum is temporarily closed. However, we’re excited to announce that our Inclusive Field Trip has been relocated to the McWane Science Center in Birmingham, AL! 🎉

🗓️ New Date: Saturday, November 8th
📍 Departure Location: Douglasville, GA
💰 Cost: $25 per person (maximum of 4 per family)

This boy will find an arcade anywhere. (He got cheated out of that iPhone tho!) He even mastered the paddle boats with no problems. I didn't get a picture because I was in one too. lol We were initially nervous about how he would react to being on such a huge ship, being around so many people and seeing no shoreline. He didn't flinch. He really enjoyed himself. He even followed along a dance routine at a deck party. 🤯 He rocked going from the car, through security, waiting in holding to get on the ship and finding our room. He didn't even complain about all the walking throughout the trip. Ace has already requested a cruise for his birthday. We are so proud of him.

For my parents out there, please take those babies on a trip. Carnival is a "Sensory Certified" cruise line and has partnered with KultureCity to provide sensory bags that can be checked out. The bag includes comfortable noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, a visual feeling thermometer, and a KultureCity VIP lanyard, to help the staff easily identify a guest.

The teen youth program was amazing with Ace. Shout out to Joseph! He gave us a phone to use so we could contact the program to check on Ace and to contact us if there was any issues. He loved being at the teen hang out.
