🔎 WHERE ARE THEY NOW: ICE CUBE 🔎

The N.W.A architect never slowed down — he multiplied.

Last year Cube dropped MAN UP, his 12th studio album (Sept 12, 2025), after Man Down put him back in the Billboard Top Rap Albums Top 10. He wrapped his Truth to Power tour and he's STILL on the road — UPDATE: Ice Cube was billed for Escape Psycho Circus at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino on Oct 30–31, but Insomniac announced in early October that he will no longer appear.

On film he cameo'd in the Anaconda remake with Jack Black and Paul Rudd — full circle from his 1997 Danny Rich role. And he's still running the BIG3 basketball league he founded.

🔥 FRIDAY FIRE — SONG OF THE WEEK 🔥

Kay Wattz — "Who We Are" 🔥

This week's crown goes to Kay Wattz. A cinematic, graffiti-dripped visual and bars that hit with conviction — Kay Wattz runs through smoke, city walls, and cold-blooded confidence like they own the whole block. Real presence, real hunger.

⭐ LEGEND SPOTLIGHT: SCARFACE ⭐

Houston's own. The Geto Boys' hardest pen — rap's darkest storyteller.

His 1994 solo classic The Diary went Platinum and peaked at #2 on the Billboard 200 — proof the South didn't need the coasts' permission. Later he ran Def Jam South as president and helped launch Ludacris.

And Rap-A-Lot just reissued The Diary on vinyl for their 40th anniversary. Give the legend his flowers while he's here to smell them. 💐
