Five years since we launched our little collection, and what a whirlwind it’s been! One dress turned into 10+ styles. Sewing pieces myself turned into working with multiple incredible manufacturers. A side gig turned into my full-time job two years ago. Online-only turned into 100+ retailers carrying TELA.

Hi! I’m Sarah, founder of TELA. ☀️ I’m happiest in a flowy dress with a fun print, an Aperol spritz in hand, saying yes to a good side quest, and stopping to pet every animal I see. My greatest joy, though, is being a mama to my sweet girl, Coco, and spending time with my family. Tela was created to bring a little more color, confidence, and fun into everyday life, and I hope every piece makes you feel like you’re on vacation.

I’m so grateful for the incredible team that has helped bring Tela to life this summer. I truly couldn’t do it without them—each person is so talented, hardworking, and special. Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m Tela’s Account Manager and, outside of Tela, I’m also a Realtor in Atlanta. Fun fact, I was actually one of Tela’s very first customers before joining the team, so this role has truly come full circle.

Hey I’m Katie! I am a junior fashion design student at SCAD Savannah and I am Tela’s fashion design intern this summer! This summer working with Sarah has been an amazing opportunity to see behind the scenes of the fashion industry and gain amazing experience!!

Hey y’all! I’m Mary Parker (yes, it’s a double name 😉), and I’m a junior at the University of Georgia studying Political Science with a minor in Fashion.👘I’m a firm believer that a good dad joke is always funny, Taylor Swift has a song for every occasion, and there’s no such thing as too much jewelry in a stack.

I’m so excited to be Tela’s Marketing Intern and to be leading this year’s Campus Ambassador Program! Working with Sarah has been such a joy, and getting to be part of a team of talented, hardworking women who constantly cheer each other on has been even better. I couldn’t ask for a more inspiring group to work alongside!
