Foot Dynamics, Inc., the Atlanta metro’s leading provider of custom orthotics and healthy footwear since 1997, is seeking an experienced, reliable, energetic, customer-minded individual for a full-time associate role in our new Powers Ferry Bio Motion retail store.

At Foot Dynamics, we’re a growing, family-oriented company without the corporate feel. We believe in working hard and playing hard and that our employees should always be able to maintain a healthy work-life balance. If you’re not afraid to sweat a little, get your hands dirty, truly go the extra mile for customers and want an opportunity for potential future growth in a company with unlimited upside, then we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate for this position has two or more years of experience in retail sales (ideally footwear or apparel) and a demonstrated track record of strong growth.

This full-time associate position includes the following:

- Fitting and selling healthy comfort / fashion comfort footwear, accessories, and orthotics in a retail setting.
- Taking and organizing careful notes about every customer’s needs.
- Assisting the operations manager and store manager with special orders, inventory maintenance, sales, promotions, and advertising.
- Maintaining a clean, professional look and feel in the store at all times.
- A very competitive compensation package and spiff program with the ability to earn more with sales growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of retail or customer service experience. Previous work with footwear or shoe fitting a plus.
- Very careful attention to detail, including the ability to document and organize large amounts of data about customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond for customers and think creatively to not only meet customer needs but exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to open your mind to learn new things and take direction well. If you think you have retail all figured out and don’t need to continue to learn and grow, this position is not for you.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently work a full 40-hour retail week including Saturdays.
