Our new cohort has us reflecting 🤔

On one hand there are our new students — just starting their apparel design journey. Then there are our graduate students who’ve already left the fold.

What separates those who take the plunge and give themselves a chance to succeed?

Yes, one ingredient is technique. We got you there ✅

Another ingredient is opportunity and connection. (Thank you F.A.C.E. Michelle Lynch and ATL Film, Entertainment, & Nightlife for supporting our emerging designers) ✅

Another powerful ingredient is believing in yourself. Believe that if YOU do the work, the results will follow. Understand that CONSISTENCY is key.

We see more.

9 months of becoming.
An idea conceptualized. Draped. Constructed. Refined.
A dream that once existed in her mind, now made tangible.

And a garment finished from the inside out with one goal: store, customer & sales readiness.

This is what becoming a fashion designer looks like.

We’re honored to be recognized by Mayor Andre Dickens’ Administration through the Mayor’s Office of Film, Entertainment & Nightlife, led by Director Phillana Williams, for our commitment to fashion education and workforce development.

This recognition is more than an investment in our school—it’s an investment in the next generation of designers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals who will shape the future of Atlanta’s fashion industry.
