Shontay RacQuel Fashion Designer Shontay-RacQuel received her BFA in Fashion Design in May of 2014. Loving yourself does not make you self absorbed.

She studied psychology as a minor because in the future, she plans to start an organization that focuses on using her credentials in psychology and fashion, to help build others' self esteem, both physically and emotionally. The name of her line, Reine by RacQuel, is derived by the French word la reine (ren), meaning queen. In every collection presented, Shontay-RaçQuel expresses the importance of

self love. It simply shows that you embrace your flaws and are comfortable in your own skin. Genuine beauty starts from within and she believes that both her major and minor will aid her to be well equipped to help others on their journey.
