Can you believe it is Second Quarter already? 📆🌸
If you’re anything like me, you’re a goal-setter. I love building and creating from momentum and am constantly moving toward, “How can I grow next?”
That trait comes mostly from my natural personality and has been underscored by the myriad fast-moving and high-expectation roles I have held in my career.
What I’m not as good at: taking time to reflect on accomplishments, no matter how large or small. I scheduled time with myself this morning to do just that. I reflected and journaled about First Quarter.
As CEOs of our respective worlds, it is so important to find time for OURSELVES so that we can continue to effectively lead others.

Launched in 1999, International Coaching Week (ICW) is a week-long global celebration that educates the public about the value of working with a professional coach and acknowledges the results and progress made through the coaching process.
