I’ve come to terms that no matter how much I procrastinated, had self doubt, felt judged by the name, and started over several times... aka M**F will FOREVER be my baby. Established 2015.
She was created around one of lowest times of my life. I was sick, self conscious of my appearance, a single parent... (in a relationship but still a single mom) If you know what I mean. Not happy with with my career (still am, ain’t s**t changed, but will this YEAR!) Hunnniiii long story short I was a mess but did you know that?!
The one thing that kept me afloat was nothing and nobody other than Jordan. Her smile, how silly she is. Us mothers have a tendency to hide how we actually feel. We appear strong in front of the kids even when our back is against the wall. Yet, babygirl would know. When we would run around the house playing hide n seek after work and I appeared ok... When it was time for a break, she would look at me and say it’s okay mommy and give me the tightest hug EVA!
is the definition of making this look easy.... AND not just moms but all WOMEN! We have to care for ourselves, take time out for ourselves.
