Julianne

Julianne Julianne Collections a clothing line which represents the colors of the coast, sophisticated and yet Julianne the Maverick.

A relaxed, unique and independent individual who is ready to take on adventure. She has taken BoHo Beach to a new level, a more refined level of up-scale beach wear. The team here at JC is very proud to present the result of our hard work with the first line of tunics, dresses, scarves and casual wear. We believe this collection represents the colors and lifestyle of the coast with impeccable sophistication and style. Gain a sense of the tropics as you view each piece, the delicate orchids to the ancient motifs of Hawaiian culture. Thank you for viewing and enjoy all of the "Maverick" vibes.

This toddler dress was done 30 years ago! I went to a fabric wholesale show in NYC and came across some prints that were my designs! I bought a bunch with the idea to create dresses for little girls. The butterfly is wax resist and then tie dyed, the rest of the fabrics were block printed and ice dyed. That is a matching hat and socks hand dyed in the first picture.

This one, #9, is fluid art in that it’s poured on the surface flat and then manipulated by raising and shifting the canvas frame. Once it’s somewhat settled I go back with a palette knife and intentionally direct the flow. I’m loving this acrylic abstract technique. Shout out to Sara Taylor!

I’m still creating but took some time to see what one of these would look like on the wall where it will hang.
