As I opened my Wordpress app to write this, all of my recent posts came up. I did not even realize until then that my last post had been about my “MDA”, Ashley Thomasson. Shortly after that post, Ashley entered Hospice and ultimately went to be with the Lord yesterday, June 26. Although my heart is broken and I will miss being able to talk with her, I know very well what she has been through and that she is now healed and in the glorious presence of God....

I just had to share this today. I had the "big 2 drug chemo" last Friday. I know it does a number on me and I had prepared myself...somewhat. For the last 3 days, I have been completely worthless. Getting out of bed or walking across the house takes all the energy I have. My platelets were low before Friday so there is a concern that they will drop too low and I will need a platelet transfusion this week....
