Congratulations to Dennis McConnell on Community of the Year for at the Annual GAHB 2024 Obie Awards! Well-done and much deserved!! 👏🎉

This 20-home historic farm luxury community has come to fruition beautifully with Dennis' expertise, vision, and passion in development and custom homebuilding, always aiming to do things right.

We had a great time at the Georgia Aquarium waiting, watching (awards and football...) and then celebrating it all together.

It's such an honor to be a part of this hard-working team, designing and building homes that are supportive of and for the families that make up this bespoke, cozy neighborhood.
