Customer Acquisition position:
At Atlanta Laundry, we are family owned and operated. Our goal is to be America's Best and Finest Wash and Fold Experience in all aspects. Serving our community in a way that is "experiential" is our goal. We are the only 5-star Wash and fold in Atlanta and strive to keep it that way.
This will separate us from our competition and serve our community in a way that they may not expect, but they certainly deserve.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a brand-new position and a hybrid role. You will be responsible for the intake of customers at our new location (Howell Mill Village) as well as marketing and calling for new customers.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Primary responsibilities are to provide outstanding customer service to our Drop Off Laundry & Dry-Cleaning customers, the general public and to a less degree our Pickup & Delivery Customers.
• Must be able to follow instructions and use our POS/computer system. This is a laundry computer system and can be taught. General computer skills are needed.
• A computer will be provided and you will research local businesses and email/call to sell our service.
• You will be sourcing and identifying new business, responsible for generating leads, targeting those leads, and reaching out to them to secure new business.
• Must be able to be flexible and accommodating.
• Make sure store is clean at all times.
• Punctual attendance is required in this position, must have your own transportation.
