I’m on a roll this month. The last few patterns have pushed me to add them to my closet immediately. This is the Citron. I was VERY concerned that it would be too for my comfort so I actually made a toile. I’m not sure it isn’t too form-fitting, but I feel pretty in it. 🤷‍♀️ I did need a few adjustments when grading between sizes, but nothing too crazy.

Oh, the vest drama… first, the yarn. I wasn’t sure if I loved or loathed this color way as I was knitting up the Maker Vest. But the more I worked up, the more it reminded me of Glacier National Park (swipe to the end for the inspo)! So, I fell in love.
Then came the blocking… ugh, that nonsense. My vest looked like netting and I wasn’t sure I would ever get it back to shape. 😩 Threw it in the dryer and used my trusty sweater shaver after and wowowow! It came back to life! And we will be together forever. 😂
The works up so quickly in super bulky weight! It was such a gratuitous project. I need a couple more. Paired here with a Essential Tank dress. I can’t wait to wear it with boots in the fall!

I have to say… this quilty organic cotton from was made for the new Mora - or maybe vice versa. Either way, I’m dancing with joy over this happy dress!
I didn’t make a toile and really wish I had for this pattern. The bodice desperately needs a small bust adjustment. That alteration would have taken this make to the next level. This dress had a few other moments, but I’m hoping only I will notice. Overall, this is a fun pattern that I would definitely make again!

A few quick snaps of my finished Shoreline Top! I’ve already worn it twice this week. ☺️ I love the shape and ease of the fit. Worked up in a cotton yarn from and the icing on top… those handmade ceramic buttons from . 🩵🧡 This is such a fun (and cross-seasonal!) make. Highly recommend this pattern.

Hot off the needles! The Tip Top Tank. This was such a fast make in a gorgeous blend from . I absolutely love this silhouette.
A few notes… I knit the bottom half continental and switched over to English once I hit the V-neck. I’m not as proficient with purling in continental. 🤷‍♀️ I thought the gauge might loosen enough to match in blocking. Well, it didn’t. So I won’t make that mistake again! Also, I tried my hardest to tighten up the center stitches. Many thanks to for her awesome tips! If you have any other suggestions for knitting a pretty V, please let me know. I’d like to make a couple more of these tanks.

I worked up this cute lil outfit to travel in last week. It’s the Happy Set in heavy rayon rib. The first person I saw at the airport commented on how much they loved my outfit. 🥰
Cute and comfy as it is, I found the sizing to be way off for me. And to be fair, some of that could be rayon related. I measured into the small top and the medium bottoms and both are too big. I took an inch out of the front curve and there is still positive ease. I left the top as is, but would size down next time. There will definitely be a next time. I love this kind of easy dressing!

If we were sitting across from each other, I’d tell you why this vest reminds me of 1997. Because we’re not, I’ll just tell you about the vest itself. 😜 This gorgeous yarn, from , was a total impulse buy. I can’t resist a good kit! Once I got it home, I realized I had no idea what I could actually make with 330 yards of bulky yarn.
So, you’re currently looking at the most expensive garment in my wardrobe. 😂 it’s so soft and adorable! And that merino… 😍😍😍 My friend, , is a true artist.
This is a free knitting pattern by . It works up so quickly! Thank you so much for the freebie!!

We’ve had this quick trip in the calendar for a couple of months at least and I imagined a whole new fun wardrobe for it because… . 😂 I could never get motivated to do much so three days ago, I started tackling my and projects to see what I could find.
I loved this Travertine but I made it in a bamboo FT and the stretch percentage was just not where it needed to be. I felt uncomfortable wearing it! So I lopped off the bottom to make separates. Perfection! And the vibe of my “new” top was perfect for West Hollywood record store-hopping.

An unremarkable upcycle, but an upcycle nonetheless… I’m just not into minis these days. So I cut the length off of this Sage Dress to transform it into something that I’ll get a lot more wear out of.
