Big shoutout to my guy Drew Sanders and for giving me the platform to lead a journaling workshop for A Good Book. 📝 It’s crazy how just putting pen to paper can shift your whole mindset. Watching these brothers—young and seasoned—open up about their goals and the challenges they’ve faced was powerful. 💯 You never know where the wisdom’s coming from; whether you’re 18 or 54, there’s always something to learn if you’re open to growth.
