When the MC stops to endorse the message, you know something shifted in the room.

After I stepped off the stage at the Leadership Experience Tour, Pastor Shannon, our incredible MC, took a moment to speak about me and the message I had just delivered.

That meant more than he probably realized.

There is a difference between being introduced before you speak and being endorsed after people have experienced you.

Pastor Shannon had already heard the message. He had witnessed the room. He had seen the response. And then he used his own voice to affirm mine.

Thank you, Pastor Shannon, for seeing me, honoring my gift, and publicly affirming what God has placed inside of me. I do not take your words lightly.

I walked onto that stage with a message, but I walked away with confirmation.
