1. Always sport your shades and make sure that your lenses are labeled "UV400" or "100 percent UV protection". Don’t forget your sunglasses even when it’s cloudy outside or when you are driving because UV rays can pe*****te clouds and glass window panes as well. 2. Wear a hat with a wide brim to further prevent UV exposure. 3. Check your medication. Some medications cause increased sensitivity to sunlight and can cause your eyes to be more sensitive to UV exposure.

There are many different causes of dry eyes. Usually, people over the age of 65 experience some symptoms of dry eyes. Other causes may be medication, medical condition, or the type of environment.
