Please read the requirements

I am looking to add a few reps to my group! A rep will help me promote outside of the group, help with modeling t-shirts, and help with designing t-shirts! Reps will receive a discount for their help and priority to order the ready to ship designs when they arrive! In the past all reps have built sweet friendships with others and this is what makes this opportunity so great!

Requirements for T-shirt Brand Rep

- Reps must stay active in our group by liking and sharing posts on our page!
- Must be active on social media to help share my brand!
- Must be able to purchase a minimum of 1 item per month to help share fit, style and with product images!
- Must be able to set aside a few minutes a week to help promote and share my brand with others. I do not Put my business before my family and do not expect you to, but do expect some time each week set aside to help out!
- Comment your favorite photo of your child, your child’s name, a brief intro, state and email to enter!
- This Term will run from May 1st until the end of July for 2023!
- For being selected as a rep you will receive a discount which is TBD on all t-shirts at home printed and screen printed!

Requirements for Admin Help

- Must help with daily communication between me, rep group and with client orders via Shopify and FB Page.
- Must help act on behalf of owner in certain situations where I am unavailable or out of town. This will rarely happen but you will have access to email, Facebook, Shopify and certain financials (customer orders) to help run the business.
- Must take time to help with some local vendor shows in the Auburn and south Alabama area.
- Must check in with me daily during the week.
- A laptop will be loaned if needed to help with all communication and admin needs.
- This position will receive free t-shirts up to 4 per month and a commission of sales at vendor shows or hourly rate when working vendor shows. This is negotiable and will be approved together once a person is selected.

I will email everyone selected by mid/late April and create a group chat which will be our main form of communication for the business! Message me with any questions!

Hi Everyone!

I want to start off by welcoming our new members and give a description to all the new changes the group has had! Welcome, I am so glad you are here to help support my small business! If you are new here or anyone wanting to know why I am making so many changes this is your post.

Our new Business, Southern Paddle LLC, will be offering at home DTG (direct to garment) printed t-shirts as well as ready to ship brand screen printed shirts! For those who do not already know me, Hi, Im Meagan Cook, owner of Southern Paddle LLC. I grew up working alongside my grandmothers embroidery and vinyl business and having my own quickly become a dream of mine! While in the past I have offered Children’s Pre Order clothing, we will no longer offer this and I will explain why below! With this change I will be putting more time, money and effort into the t-shirts by having more in-stock sizes to have a better turn around time to get these out to you quicker!

First of many changes is our name change! I decided to form an LLC and Plains Place was taken for the state of Alabama so I decided to change the name completely to best represent our new T-shirt only offering. Growing up I always loved being on the water and in the canoe, kayak or bass boat fishing with my grandaddy, hints the name portion Paddle! With the help of a childhood friend I decided on Southern Paddle LLC. I hope you grow to love the rebranding as much as I do!

Second of changes: I am dropping the children’s pre-order side of my business due to the stress it brings and the unreliability of my china manufactures. Unfortunately starting a business using Babeeni was financially not an option for me so I started with smaller Chinese owned businesses. Most have been fabulous and recently some have been unpredictable and for this reason of not being able to to accurately offer items in a timely matter to all customers, and the added stress this brings along I have decided to drop down to my at home printed t-shirts and offer some ready to ship t-shirts that I will continue to order, but as ready to ship. I want only the best relationships with my customers and hope you all can understand that having both was just too much for one person to stay on top of and communicate properly. With me stepping back I will offer faster turn around times on my printed at home shirts to you, I know I fell behind at times and want to step up and make the ordering experience better than before! I will be bulk ordering shirts to have a bigger on hand stash to have shirts out in a timely matter to you all!

Lastly I would like to thank all of my customers, previous brand reps and every group member for their great support! I know we have had some bumps but I hope that we can all move past them and continue to grow this t-shirt business!

In the near future I will be looking to add 1-5 brand reps to help me market and 1 person to help me run the operational side so communication can be better than ever! If you feel like this may be something you would be interested in please message or email me! This part of the business is a sweet bonus for meeting new people and building sweet friendships with! I couldn’t have done it without my past reps helping keep me straight and look forward to the new ones to come!
