It is very important to understand, and I want to be completely transparent, (pun totally intended 😆)every pair of Dazzling Tootsies will have a small degree of “pale yellowing.”
This is a phenomenon fought by epoxy resin artists since the concept began, my work is no exception. I use the very best in the industry at UV protection, WiseBond Deep Pour & Table Top Epoxy but even their excellence is not immune.
I have a trick up my sleeve I am going to start to play, but it’s in the experimental phase.
Storing your tootsies in our red velvet bags or any dark space really helps protect them but there is an inevitable initial yellowing that some peoples eyes are more attuned to.

This is my personal shoe that I’ve had since at least January. You’ll notice on the white sheet, it looks very yellow but when in my hand and on those stairs appears crystal clear.
I struggle to understand how Marilyn’s shoes never looked yellow but I do know lighting is everything and she worked with the best. Her heels were at least 2 1/2 to 3 years old. I’ve documented the first photographed image to January 11, 1951 and the last one in I think it’s August 1953. The search this dating continues.
Thank you for being on his Dazzling journey with me. My work is not perfect but is Dazzling.
