We will sadly be closing Journey Mercantile effective immediately. This decision didn’t come easy, but is one that in our hearts of hearts we know is the best for us.

As many of you know “Grandpa Bob” started feeling ill right after the New Year was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) in February of this year.

While he is doing better than we ever could have expected with treatments, this has left Jeani as the primary care giver for two people. As hard as she’s tried, she just hasn’t found enough hours in the day, or energy from coffee to keep going at this pace. Something has to change and unfortunately this is that something.

We have loved our time in Fall Creek, the warm welcome we received and will definitely miss visiting with our neighbors at Reimagine and Fall Creek Nutrition!

That said, as always, we are surrounded by amazing friends and two of these friends offered up an amazing opportunity.

We will be moving some of our inventory to Nick’s Dog Treats & Coffee Brew in Augusta.

Being only blocks away from our house makes it easier for Jeani to care for Grandpa Bob while being close enough to drive Jaidan to her activities at the Augusta Senior & Community Center.

This also gives Jaidan and I both the opportunity to still visit with all of you and share our amazing finds.

So…stay tuned for updated…and EXTENDED hours at Nick’s Dog Treats and come to see us soon!

Popping in with a quick update that we had all the best of intentions to open today but a mental health day is needed so we are CLOSED.

As positive and upbeat as we try to stay, we all have days that we struggle and we need to listen and be respectful to our own mental health journey. Please know that your support and understanding fills our cup with joy and love and words can't reiterate how much it truly means to us.

We love this family-friendly event that brings fans together for a fun evening where everyone just fits in regardless of age, ability, race or gender!

HOWEVER, tonight in particular we are supporting and shouting out SHOWTIME PRO WRESTLING PRESENTS: EVENING THE SCORE!at the Rice Lake Elks Lodge #1441 as they welcome the beautiful and talented Oshūn Bever to sing the National Anthem to open the show.

Her style, glam, and talent most certainly is “our thing” and we wish her well in her debut performance tonight! 🎤❤️🎶
