Texwador is proud to announce our donation of $500 to the Andean bear foundation of Ecuador, osoandino.org made possible by purchases at texwador.com . This non profit works with native communities, academics and related conservation organizations to help threatened species bounce back from the brink of extinction.
For us, it's personal. Since the beginning in 2016, we have used endangered animals from Imbabura in all of our tags, ads, commercials, stickers and art. We have paid the family that puts the tags on the pants, but not the adorable animals on the tags, until now. It is only fair for us to give a cut to the Andean bear, Mountain Tapir, Andean Fox, and the often unrecognized people who dedicate their life to conservation in Ecuador.
