Workout for a good cause at any level!!

This year’s workout is a timed circuit:
1 minute at each station
5 movement stations, 1 rest station

Work as little or as much at each station
Scale each movement up or down!

Come solo or bring your crew.
Compete or come join for fun!

Workout registration includes an exclusive swag bag, a limited-edition event bandana, and one raffle ticket.

Everyone who comes gets a raffle ticket for participating (yes we’re bringing back 1980’s participation awards 😉), and you can win more tickets for competing!

My business couldn’t give what I wanted it to. So I found another way.

That’s honestly how Sweat for Shelter Pets started.

My dream has always been for POP to give back in a BIG way. But while I’m still growing this little business, I asked myself: what can I do right now?

The answer, fundraiser.

And I mean fundraiser. I only keep enough to cover the actual costs of putting it on. Everything else we raise goes to Austin Pets Alive! The more people who show up, participate and join in on the fun, the more we get to give. 🐾

But just because I’m running it like a fundraiser doesn’t mean I’m not planning it like one hell of a party. 😂

Workout or no workout, there’s SO much to do—and I want this to be one of those Saturdays you’re very glad you put on your calendar.

September 12. Come have fun with us. Let’s raise a ridiculous amount of money for shelter pets!
