Whitney Alford, Kendrick Lamar’s fiancée, founded Love + Ethos to help mothers get support, including free mental health services. 🤝

The Los Angeles nonprofit focuses on women facing financial and social challenges during motherhood.

Alford says starting her own family helped her recognize the lack of resources available to many mothers.

The organization lists free mental health services, guided journaling and postpartum retreats among its programs.

It also lists small business grants, mentoring and financial wellness workshops.

“I hope to be an asset to my community through my work with Love + Ethos,” she wrote.
