This is just too fun to keep to myself. I think one of the things I most love about whiskey is the awareness and care that distilleries have in regards to the environment and sustainable production 💚as if there aren’t so many other fab reasons to have a dram! 😋

Revisiting the path to Enchanted Rock today…Spring is the best time for a hike in Texas.
Pulling out some of those whiskey tees that have been sleeping in the drawer over the winter.

These two giant rocks at Enchanted Rock near Fredericksburg Texas feel as if they’ve been
in a deep philosophical conversation for eons… they sort of feel like they are good
whiskey drinking buddies. Wonder what quotes their T-shirts would have on them?

Was flipping through some old travel photos and came across this video from Abbey Plantation in Barbados.
It’s easy to forget the beautiful tie between whiskey barrels and really, really good sipping rum
Not sure why I took video here but this is a great place and amazing rum

As International Whiskey Day is almost at an end- to honor the day and good company -I’m posting one of my very favorite bars in Ireland 🇮🇪- it’s down on the riverfront in Waterford and there is nothing assuming about it- the close quarters and always great music not to mention the pours bring everyone from just about everywhere together in a way that only the water if life can☘️
