Thank you to everyone who came out to our booth yesterday at the Wisconsin State Meet! Our booth did AMAZING, thanks to the help of these to dope Babes 💁🐮 Mariah () has made a huge name for herself as one of the OG elite Wisconsin female powerlifters, paving the way for future ladies like Lauren () to come & destroy the game 💪 both were there volunteering/supporting the local lifting community 💯 There must be something in the water in WI because the BEEF is real in these parts 🐂

We're very excited to announce that all products from House of BEEF will now officially be 🎉 Meet our newest Team member Joe Cappellino () the 🐂
Big Joe Capp is a Superheavyweight who has been destroying the Powerlifting game for the past decade! He is 1 of the only 3 men in the history of the IPF who have totaled more than 2,500 lbs, and has held countless other IPF Open World & National Titles 💪 He has not only made a successful career for himself, but has made huge contributions to the Powerlifting community! Joe is actively a volunteer & Referee at local meets, and he was one of the founders of the Northeastern University Powerlifting Team. He continues to run Alumni events & coach for the team; He has lifted/coached the last 10 years straight at the USA Powerlifting Collegiate Nationals 😱
His favorite lift is Squat, and works hard to hold it down for the OG Equipped Powerlifting Culture. You can catch him training at Bayside Athletic Club in Scituate, MA 🐮 Outside of Powerlifting, Joe works as a Civil Engineer & loves taking care of his freshwater community aquarium! 🐠🐟
