If your power is still out (like since 2am) call Oncor 1.888.313.4747. They had ppl power back on in about 30 minutes. Prior to calling, Ppl had been without power for over 12 hours. It doesn’t matter what electricity company you have, it all goes through Oncor. It’s going to have you file a report. It was quick and easy. Please give it a try. It’s too cold to be without power/heat! -Seen this in another group just sharing

Y’all will be okay for the most part. I understand the panicking tho. Especially when y’all not used to it... I grew up going to school in NEGATIVE degrees during our winter storms 🥶 it’s actually -4 Degrees back home right now & 16 degrees here in Austin
