Kelli's family is still sorting through her estate, and also planning a baby shower for this weekend. There has been much interest in Kelli's inventory, and also her personal possessions. Kaci will respond to buyer queries as she can and when the family is ready. Please give her family some space and don't visit Kelli's apartment without checking in advance.

Kelli Archer, beloved proprietress of Roadhouse Rags, passed away due to illness on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

Peers in the vintage resale community are encouraged to join the "Kelli Archer Friends & Family" public Facebook group. Her family is receptive to queries from sincere, serious vendors who are interested in boots, clothing, accessories, vinyl and books, and furniture. Her daughter, Kaci Archer, is an admin of that group and can be messaged there.

My friend Christina is kindly selling some great pearl snaps, Hawaiians, and girls cowboy boots in Congress, at the Law of the Church on Congress, formerly Faith Methodist. HI folks, Merry Christmas! We closed down our Etsy store, and I pulled as much as I could from srorage. Colder weather is really on its way, and the early bird gets the worm! Women's Lucchese 2000 Brown middie with scalloped edge, size 7B. Very, very little wear on these Cadillac of boots. They ae so soft, and if anything like mine, are the most comfortable pair of boots you'll ever own. Even tho these are a little to big, they were not tight on my foot width wise, as I don't usually wear Bs. They are up for grabs, and I can send more pics if you're truly interested. Message me! These boots originally sold around $500...$200, all reasonable offers considered.

End of Summer Souiree! It's about time for a get together, they are far to far apart. Especially in these times. A lot of energy out there swirling around, best to tap into that, don't you think?, might as well use it to our advantage, and being there is strength in numbers, it's a win, win. Good enough excuse for me to gather at ABGB for The Jungle Rockers, 10pm, or come earlier for Little Mikey and the Soda Jerks, and have some dinner, 8pm. I didn't know Evan like most of you did. I got to know him after doing shows at Roadhouse Rags. He lived across Banister from me, and I'd stop in now and then, invite him to shows, or just see him outside, like the very last time I actually saw him, across the street with Pehr Smith at a photo shoot. My client Richard, 93, just happened to be at South Austin Hospital this past week, literally right around the elevator doors on the 2nd floor. Richard passed on Saturday morning , and as I said to you Kristen Anderson, I wonder if they met each other on the way up...I do hope so too.
