The most sophisticated network on earth isn’t the internet. It’s underground. 🍄
The mushroom you see above the soil? That’s only 5% of the entire organism. The other 95% is invisible. A vast web of mycelium stretching beneath the forest floor. Connecting trees. Sharing nutrients. Sending signals. Allowing an entire ecosystem to communicate.
Trees talk through fungi. They always have.
And when we built HIRO, we didn’t just look to fungi for science. We looked to them for a model.
Because the mycelial network doesn’t grow through advertising. It doesn’t grow through algorithms. It grows through connection. One thread at a time. One conversation at a time. One person who hears about it and says. I know how I can help.
That’s what we keep seeing. Everywhere we go. Parents. Birth workers. Scientists. Earth lovers. Strangers in New York City. Families at farmers markets. All of them hearing about HIRO for the first time and immediately wanting to be part of something bigger than a diaper.
That’s the Mycelial Network in action.
And we’re grateful to you for being part of it. 🌍
