Lace Pretty Face will be vending at the 2nd annual Mindful Conference in June. There will be amazing souls guiding guests through various mindful practices and other activities. This event is free. For those of you who are looking for ways to still your mind or find ways to cope with anxiety or depression this event may be ideal for you. It could be the beginning of your healing journey. Studies show that meditating on a regular basis can increase your serotonin production, which improves your mood and helps with anxiety and depression. It's your body's happy drug. Experts also say meditating daily can also improve your sleep and that it even helps for severe insomnia. So those of you who are looking for alternative ways to cope with the everyday life stressors come on out to this urban oasis where there will be an abundance of blissful energy and an air full of aromatherapy.

The creator definitely has a way of reaching out to us when we least expect it. The energy has called me by way of vending, but I know the real reason. Ive Been putting this off for too long. Thankful❤️🖤💚🙏🏽Divine purpose🫶🏾💪🏾
