Earlier this week, teammates came together at our Baltimore HQ to cheer on our very own Under Armour athlete, Sharon Lokedi, as she secured her SECOND consecutive Boston Marathon victory 🏆🏆
 
We marked the moment with a watch party at our Make You Famous Wall featuring a raffle for Sharon's go-to shoes - the Velociti Elite 3 and Velociti Distance.

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the women and girls showing up, competing, and redefining what’s possible. 💪

In the spirit of this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” these are just a few moments from the past year where our teammates, athletes, and partners gave back to help expand access and opportunity for girls in sports. 🏃‍♀️🏐🏈

Because when girls play, they build confidence, leadership, and resilience that carries far beyond the field. ✨

❄️ BALTIMORE WEATHER UPDATE

Due to winter weather in the Baltimore area, Under Armour HQ, the campus gym, and the Flagship Brand House store (Campus Store) are CLOSED Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26.

Crews will be on-site for snow removal and campus cleanup, and we’ll be back as soon as it’s safe to do so.

To our teammates and community: stay safe, stay warm, and take care of each other.

In recognition of Military Family Appreciation Month and the upcoming holiday, Under Armour is offering military and first responders up to 40% off their purchases.

Between now and November 19, the brand has doubled its in-store military and first responder discount from 20% to 40% at all UA Brand Houses and online, and from 10% to 20% at all UA Factory Houses.

Happy from HQ! 🎃

Last week, Under Armour held a Fall Fest for teammates and their families in celebration of Halloween at Baltimore HQ.

An afternoon dedicated to fun, teammates were treated with a DJ, Trunk or Treat, Photo Booths, Pumpkin Decorating, Donuts and Cider, Piñatas, a Moon Bounce, Co****le, and of course... candy and prizes! Local food trucks were also on site.

Last week Under Armour hosted our 3rd annual Global Data & Analytics Summit 🌐 📊

Throughout the three days, teammates from across our organization came together to inspire, create, showcase, and collaborate.

The summit featured a Fireside Chat with executive leaders including our Chief People and Administrative Officer, Tchernavia Rocker, our Chief Technology Officer, Danny Miles and our Chief Consumer Officer, James Dausch as well as a panel dedicated to .

We also hosted the inaugural UA Data Viz Competition where teammates showcased the innovative ways to convey complex through visuals.

Last month, we welcomed our Under Armour European Store Managers to Amsterdam HQ for a Retail Leadership Conference!

It was a busy three days full of presentations, working sessions, sports, and fun with an excellent group of teammates. We talked about growing stronger as a team while focusing on creating and leading a diverse and inclusive environment, and spent ample time diving into brand strategies and goals.

We enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate our retail teammates who are such great representatives of our values to our consumers.

🔟 years with Jordan Spieth 🔥

Today, we celebrated this major milestone with Jordan by presenting him with an Under Armour 10 jersey, which is an iconic tradition and gift we give to our teammates when they reach their 10-year anniversary with the brand. We also provided an exclusive meet and greet opportunity for select teammates, and brought in Baltimore favorites Jimmys Seafood & Oyster Bar and MaGerk's Pub for lunch!
