Dear Friends,

Not to get into the nuances of the new issues with imports and the current administration, but our Bumpin Uglies pairs have been sitting in Customs for 5 weeks. The most we've ever waited in our 14 years of doing business has been a week.

We call every day asking for an update as all information has been provided, and every day we've been told that it's still in processing.

We're sorry for the delay and wish we had more information, but we are in a holding pattern until they arrive, after which they will go out immediately.
