Nice one!

I learned how to sew when I was younger, but I didn't pay enough attention to actually get good at it. Last weekend, my friend Bibi Ay was getting married in Toronto. I got my A*o ebi (wedding fabric) very late (that's my fault). My tailor was not available. So the night before the engagement party where I would need the dress, I bought black fabric, dusted my sewing machine and decided to make something by myself. My attitude was if it turned out well, I would wear it. If it didn't, I'd wear something else. I haven't sewn in 8 years, but this is what I made that night. Come and see me doing shakara at the wedding 😁😉 It wasn't perfect, but I'm just so proud!
Sometimes we underestimate ourselves and what we're capable of. This August, amaze yourself! Happy New Month 😚😎
