I just thought I would post an update.... Due to Covid 19 restrictions, Efsi volunteers have been given an option to learn to make face masks, and work from home. No board meetings have happened since Covid 19 hit Kentucky... and if you try to visit the office you will find that Liheap is in full swing.... Due to other programs using the rooms normally used for Liheap, Angie is running it out of the EFSI office.... to help with minimizing contact, folks eligible for assistant can call and make an appointment... and then pull up and call in for a worker to come out to your car.... Desks inside have plastic shields between workers and clients....

Hello from Knox county... As you probably have guessed most activities at EFSI have been shut down in order to comply with our Governor's mandates. So, no shoppers for now. But we do have a supply of fabric and sewing notions, so we have started as of today, having one volunteer at a time come to make face masks for our community.

We have a full house of quilters today.
