After complaining to my dad that I had no childhood pictures he recently gave me a small box of everything he had. I will start by saying it was less than one days worth of pix I take of absolute complete random crap.

That said, I found this gem and remember it like it was yesterday. I’m pretty sure this was around 6th grade circa 1989ish. And per usual, I’m dressed in my cousin’s hand-me-downs.

I showed this to my 6th- grade daughter and she was left speechless. 🤪 I, however, think I was a second-hand wearing bad , with amazing bangs (the rest of my hair was in a banana clip of course!) and even better natural brows.

Long live the simpler times of the 80’s and 90’s.

Just sharing a little shelfie still of amazing Fall goodies I've gathered that are currently in my Etsy shop. A few of these have sold but the apple pitcher and Boots amber bottles are my current favorites! Fall decor isn't just about pumpkins. Think warm brown hues, moody jewel tones and honestly really whatever you want!

I definitely like a few fun pumpkins around the house but overall I try to stick with simple neutral vintage pieces.

I'm working on gathering up some great brass pieces that will be going live later this month. Brass is timeless in any season but I especially love it for the Ber months!

The only way to kick off the 'Ber months is with a yummy, healthy, Fall recipe. I found this recipe from Jamie Nadeau and decided to try it for an after school snack for the kiddos.

I did sub out the oil for unsweetened applesauce and added a few small handfuls of mini chocolate chips, because my kids will automatically think these are "unhealthy" which to them means delicious. And for the record, there were only 3 left this morning. I'd say they were a hit!

I included the recipe here so be sure to save it and give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
