Aloha! We’re on our way to for a few days of Tiki fun! This Saturday we will put out our wares at Swizzle’s Waipuna Tiki Flea.. including our new Ku purse! ..heads up!!! There will only be two.. the one on the right, our final version.. and the one on the left, our prototype. The prototype will be discontinued, if it is what you are looking for. So.. you know the saying - early birds catch the worms.. 😉 (if the purses come back home with us, they will be posted on our website. These purses will, for now, come out sporadically, since they occupy one of our printers for a whole week, which is at the moment a little counter productive.)

..dilemma.. Hummingbird or no Hummingbird is the question.. Hawaii does not have Hummers zooming around its islands, in fact there seem to be no Hummers in any of the countries related to ‘authentic’ Tiki culture.. but.. they are so damn cute and pretty!!! So, will our new barrel purse have only Hibiscus flowers on them, or.. will we sneak in that tiny bird?? Let us know what you think! 😃 ..the Hibiscus purse will be hand ‘painted’, much like the seascape of our Mermaid purse..

..we’ve also reverse engineered a 1950’s 7-way dress as once designed and made on Hawaii.. executed in our very own 60’s inspired Tiki fabric design! Dropping to just under the knee, a half circle skirt-dress that technically can be worn in about 7 different ways, due to its wrap bodice. This dress will become available as made to order in a few different color palettes. With a stretch waistband we will be able to offer it in S/M/L/XL etc.

..how was your dinner??? 😅 The Ingestor, ladies and gentlemen. We did a trial print of one of these new light covers and it came out great! We estimate a listing for the string, halfway April! BUT.. in the mean time.. the MOAI sting lights, table lamp AND STL are now LIVE on our web store! -link in our bio! Have a go at creating your own Moai string lights in whatever color you prefer!
