✨ Sweet 16 & Stepping Into Her Season ✨

Today, we celebrate more than Bailey Monet’s 16th birthday! We celebrate the young woman and leader she has worked so hard to become.

Since the beginning of Posh Pop Gourmet Popcorn at the age of 10, Bailey has been groomed, coached, taught, challenged, and prepared for this moment. She has learned every part of the business, from serving customers and packaging orders to representing the brand, communicating with clients, and leading with confidence and grace.

Nothing has been handed to her. She has earned this.

As Bailey enters her 16th year, we are incredibly proud to announce that she is officially stepping into her new role as Lead of Posh Pop Gourmet Popcorn! 💕🍿👑

And don’t worry, Harper is not far behind! She is continuing to learn, grow, and prepare for her own moment to step forward. Together, these sisters are the heart, vision, and future of Posh Pop.

As for Mom, I am officially beginning to take a step back, not away, but into a new position where I can support, guide, and watch everything we have worked for begin to unfold. This is the moment we have prayed for, prepared for, and worked toward from the very beginning.

This is more than a title. It represents growth, responsibility, leadership, and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Bailey, you have been prepared for such a time as this. Now it’s your turn to take the lead, make your mark, and show the world exactly what you’re capable of.
