Kentucky officials are investigating a pro abortion organization after an airplane flew over the Kentucky State Fair advertising “Abortion Pills By Mail.”

The banner directed people to Mayday Health, a New York-based organization that provides information on obtaining abortion pills by mail. Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman says the group appears to be breaking state law and confirmed that his office has been investigating mail-order abortion pills since January.

Mayday Health argues its efforts are protected by the First Amendment.

This fight raises serious questions about states’ ability to enforce their own abortion laws when organizations operating elsewhere facilitate access across state lines.

The battle over abortion did not end when Roe v. Wade was overturned. It moved back to the states, where questions of life, federalism, enforcement, and constitutional authority continue to be fought.

BREAKING: The jury in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial says it cannot reach a unanimous verdict after days of deliberations.

Clancy has admitted to killing her three young children, Cora, Dawson and Callan, in their Massachusetts home in 2023. Her defense argues she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and was not criminally responsible. Prosecutors maintain that evidence surrounding the killings shows planning and that Clancy understood right from wrong.

The judge has instructed jurors to return to deliberations and continue working toward a unanimous decision.

This case presents extraordinarily difficult questions about mental illness, criminal responsibility and justice for three innocent children.

Whatever the jury ultimately decides, Cora, Dawson and Callan should remain at the center of this story.

Given the Clinton family’s history, social media immediately noticed the irony.

2028 speculation is already heating up inside the Republican Party.

President Donald Trump weighed in Thursday on the possibility of Sen. Ted Cruz making another run for the White House, calling the Texas conservative “very talented” and a “very good friend.”

Cruz has made no secret of his presidential ambitions, recently acknowledging that he still wants to be president while stopping short of formally announcing a 2028 campaign.

Trump did not offer an endorsement, but his comments add another name to what could become a highly competitive Republican field.

The bigger question may be what direction Republican voters want the party to take after Trump. 🇺🇸

🚨 NYC SMALL BUSINESSES FIGHT BACK

A coalition representing immigrant and minority owned grocers is suing New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani over his plan for five city owned grocery stores.

The Multicultural Business Coalition argues that taxpayer backed stores offering discounted groceries would create an unfair playing field for privately owned bodegas and supermarkets that have to pay their own rent, taxes, employees, and operating expenses.

This is the fundamental problem with government competing against the private sector. Small businesses cannot simply reach into taxpayers' pockets to cover their losses.

Affordable groceries matter. But crushing independent businesses with government subsidized competition is not the answer.

Free enterprise built countless immigrant success stories in America. Government should create an environment where those businesses can thrive, not become their taxpayer funded competitor.

Iran is looking to Iraq for help as President Trump turns up the economic pressure on Tehran.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf is urging Iran and Iraq to deepen economic ties, reduce reliance on the U.S. dollar, and use their national currencies for bilateral trade.

The appeal comes as the Trump administration prepares what Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has described as the toughest sanctions ever imposed on Iran.

The message from Tehran is becoming increasingly clear. American economic pressure is being felt, and Iran is searching for ways around it.

The question now is whether Iraq will move closer to Tehran economically or protect its relationship with Washington.

A disturbing viral video appears to show drag performers turning the assassination of Charlie Kirk into a theatrical performance.

Political disagreement is part of America. Celebrating or mocking the murder of someone because of his beliefs should never be.

Charlie Kirk was a husband, father, Christian, and political activist who was assassinated while speaking at a college event. His family lost someone they loved. Americans should be able to recognize the humanity in that, regardless of political affiliation.

Our culture desperately needs to rediscover basic decency, respect for human life, and the ability to disagree without hatred.

We can debate ideas fiercely while still remembering that every human life has value.
