Redefining Streetwear with Passion and Purpose
[CalmButAesthetic] is the brainchild of two young Black entrepreneurs, [Kynell Edwards & Javonte Nielsen]. Born from a shared love for urban culture and fashion, their journey is a testament to creativity, resilience, and a commitment to making a mark in the world of streetwear.
Growing up in [Battle creek Mi/Chicago IL], [Kynell Edwards & Javonte Nielsen] were deeply influenced by the vibrant street culture that surrounded them. From graffiti art to hip-hop music, they found inspiration everywhere. But they also noticed a gap in the market β a lack of streetwear brands that truly represented their unique experiences and perspectives.
Driven by a desire to fill that void, [Kynell Edwards & Javonte Nielsen] embarked on a mission to create a streetwear brand that spoke to the streets, to the culture, and to people like them. Their designs are a reflection of the urban spirit, combining bold aesthetics with a message of empowerment and unity.
As two young Black men in an industry where diversity is often lacking, [Kynell Edwards & Javonte Nielsen] have faced their share of challenges. But these challenges only fueled their determination to succeed and bring about change. They believe that streetwear should be for everyone, regardless of race, background, or identity.
Beyond clothing, [Kynell Edwards & Javonte Nielsen] are passionate about giving back to their community.
[CalmButAesthetic] is more than just a streetwear brand; it's a movement. It's a celebration of urban culture, a platform for self-expression, and a reminder that the streets have stories to tell. It's about embracing individuality and breaking down barriers.
