Each item I sew for you is handmade when ordered, and may vary slightly from the pictures listed. I will always try my best to create your item to the best of my ability. For example, buttons, loops, pockets, lining shades, fabric placement etc. If there is ever an occasion where I cannot give you what it shown, I will contact you to get your permission, and provide you with attractive optional changes. When possible, and there is time in my schedule, I’m happy to make a bag using a fabric you’d prefer. Please contact me first to see if it’s a fabric my machine will be able to handle. Many heavy duty fabrics require heavy duty machines. Pricing and scheduling will vary for custom fabrics. ORDERING as a GIFT
I can ship directly to the recipient! Just please leave me a message in "notes to seller" at checking out with the correct shipping address. I also will gift wrap your bag in tissue, and add a note card at no extra cost. CARE FOR YOUR NEW BAG
Most the bags I custom make are washable – However, it is recommended that you spot clean your bag instead. This is because bringing your bag back into its original shape can be a bit challenging after it has been through the harsh process of being machined washed and dried. If this is the case, simply apply a steam iron to your dried bag to restore it’s shape. Please note that fabrics have a tendency to fade over time – So spot cleaning is the more favorable option to extend the life of the fabric on your bag. Also -- I try to pack as your order as carefully as possible. However, if your bag a is affected in the shipping process (i.e. slightly wrinkled), do not worry! You may revive your bag by using a steam iron -- Steaming it will bring back beautifully into shape. FEEDBACK:

All orders are custom made and production does not begin until your order is placed. SHIPPING POLICY: Items are usually shipped using the United States Postal Service. If you need special delivery, please contact me to arrange details. REFUND POLICY: I work really hard to ensure you receive a quality item. If you are not satisfied, you may return non-custom made items in my shop within 7 days of receiving the shipment for a refund (less shipping). Custom monogrammed or personalized items, or items that have fabrics that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged as these are one of a kind made just for you! To insure you are always aware of the status of your shipment, you will receive a tracking number for all shipments, and can log in on my website to view the status of your order. I try to make sure that packages are carefully shipped and handled in the best manner possible. However, I cannot provide refund for lost packages. I will, however, provide you with any information necessary to locate a lost or delayed package.
