Though wild oyster season doesn’t officially begin for us until October 15th, we’re celebrating a little early with the cutest new arrivals! Learn all about oysters (where and how they grow, what harvesting looks like, and how to cook them) with “Oysters” by Cynthia Nims. We’ve been adding to our collection of books in the store, and this is one of our favorites! Choose from a selection of wooden handle oyster knives. Made with stainless steel, these knives work great on oysters, clams, or mussels. Wipe down the oyster table with our sustainable Swedish dishcloths. Made from plant fibers and natural dyes, these quick-drying cloths are mildew resistant, can be washed in your dishwasher or washing machine, and can be composted when they’ve outlived their function. Check out our super soft and comfy, 100% cotton oyster crop tops and sweatshirts. Walk the docks in coastal style. Remember, you can enjoy farm-raised oysters year round from our Carteret County oyster farms! Check out ncoystertrail.org for more info on local oysters or visit beaudeganc.com to shop these new arrivals now! 🦪🌊
