Good afternoon everyone! Just wanted to hop on with some encouragement for you. When I started this page I knew God would do something big with it, and yes it’s a boutique page and we’re going to have some great nights of live shopping and just having a great time as women but more than that this page is for women to connect and encourage one another, I know as a stay at home mom sometimes at the end of the day all I want is a little socialization that doesn’t involve trying to decipher what my child has told me. Or if I had a rough day at work I wanted to lean back and tell someone about it. (Yes I am married but sometimes you just need a girlfriend)
Anyways, I know times are getting harder, things are getting more expensive, and it seems that our dollar is shrinking day to day and it’s easy to get caught up in what the world has to say about our current situation. “Stop travel, don’t go anywhere, we will soon reach 10$ a Gallon”
Some of the people I see saying this do actually go to church, and it’s okay to be aware of our situation but in our awareness we can’t react how the world reacts we don’t even have to, because we have a God that loves us. And wants good for us, he is not a God that wants us to fear in our circumstance but to put our faith and hope in him.
I haven’t told everyone but I decided now would be a good time to do so and I hope it encourages you.
Next Tuesday I will be starting cosmetology school, and I’m so excited! I have always wanted my own salon, I have aunts on my mothers side that were hairstylist and I always loved going to the beauty parlor, I loved the smell of the perm, the old coke machine. it was one of my favorite memories of my grandmother. My “nanny”.
To everyone else it wouldn’t make any sense that I should even go, and if you would have asked me last year I probably would have said “well my circumstance is to great so I need to wait” but MY GOD IS GREATER THAN MY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!! and he’s greater than yours whatever your experiencing he is greater than what your walking through.
Inflation is up, but we’re still fed.
Gas is higher but we are still working and dreaming. All odds are seemingly against us but God us very much for us. That fear that the world sells you day in and day out isn’t God. When the world around us is telling us to buckle down and not move… we need to keep moving, keep pressing on. Apply his word daily to our situation and you will see a breakthrough. Keep going to church, keep bringing in the tithe. Dig your heels in, And he will heap a blessing over your life. Because his word promises to do so.
We have an amazing God and if your on this page and don’t know God as your personal lord and savior reach out to me, maybe no one has ever told you, maybe you were once walking with God but walked away, I don’t know your circumstance but I do know someone who can help you walk through it. If anyone here needs prayer I’ll stand and intercede for you. But don’t allow your circumstance be your propeller. We were created on purpose with a purpose and when all else is against us we have a God cheering us on in heaven who only wants to give the very best to his children.
Romans 8:31
What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
