Action League of Bellingham Action League of Bellingham (formerly Assistance League) is a volunteer organization that has served the people of Whatcom County since 1977.

A lot of people know us through our Thrift & Gift Shop. Our customers say it’s the nicest thrift store in town.

ACTION LEAGUE'S WHATCOM SCHOOL PARTNERS PROGRAM (formerly Operation School Bell) PARTICIPATES IN BACK TO SCHOOL BLOCK PARTY
Bellingham School District uses a lottery system to determine which families will receive JCPenney cards each year from Action League's Whatcom School Partners Program. On August 22, six WSP committee members helped families sign up for the gift card lottery at the Back to School Block Party.
