About Mad monkey apparel co.

We are a small family business that started with my 2 youngest children wanting to find something that they could create and sell in our store in downtown Cherryville , NC. After bouncing ideas around they decided on an apparel line that they could enjoy a wear also. I (Dad) , gave them all the information about the work and effort they would have to put into this to launch a new business. After that they were tasked with coming up with a business name along with some design ideas to get the ball rolling.........I think they came up with a great name !.....Mad monkey , ( mad is short for my daughters name Madison , and well if you know my son T.J. you know he is a monkey with normally a multicolored mohawk)....and BOOM!!! Mad monkey was official. Next was some design ideas and let me tell you, there are a lot. They roll off the ideas and I start creating designs. All that was left was final approval from the Mad monkeys and we have officially launched our brand!

We will start posting our shirts on here and work on an online store , but until we get that up and running feel free to stop by our retail location @ hippitti hop novelty shop. 710 e. Catawba St suite A Belmont NC 28016 .
